Happy Monday crew. We’re going to do a mini-deload week this week. What that means is that nothing really changes, we’ll still approach our workouts in the same structure and intensity, we’re just reducing the volume slightly. This will help us give our bodies a slight break this week and get the recovery up a little bit before we continue our hypertrophy cycle for another 4 weeks.
