Hump day vibes. Thanks for all the responses to our nutrition question. We hope you guys learned a lot about nutrition. We’re going to try to do these segments once a week to help educate. As far as training today, nothing crazy on the program. Shoot for repeatable intervals on the assault bike at a 90%+ intensity. Get after it and enjoy the rest day tomorrow.
