Hump day vibes. Thanks for all the responses to our nutrition question. We hope you guys learned a lot about nutrition. We’re going to try to do these segments once a week to help educate. We’re also toying with the idea of a blog or podcast to help put out more info. Comment below with some other topics you guys want to learn more about.
As far as training today, nothing crazy on the program. Shoot for repeatable intervals on the assault bike at a 90%+ intensity. Get after it and enjoy the rest day tomorrow.
