Functional Fitness

Happy Monday. We’re moving into the next mesocycle of our offseason programming. We’re starting a 4 week tempo and positional mesocycle. All our main lifts will be at a prescribed tempo. Our Oly lifts will primarily focus on positional strength. We’re reducing some of the volume and making our conditioning pieces optional.
A/B/C mandatory. D/E optional.
