Saturday Nonfunctional
Today, executing a strength circuit in the gym will be a different routine and one you can expect every Saturday for the remaining of the program. Intent behind Saturdays is to introduce more accessory work and a longer run, but maintaining some variability with movements. You will execute these lifts straight, one after the other for the prescribed rep scheme, then rest two minutes and repeat for 4 rnds. Run is comfortable and Sunday is a rest day.
