Day 1 of the KB/DB workout program is focused on increasing your muscle endurance and stability, through movements your are familiar with, but will need more stability to execute. As always, this program is designed for individuals executing fitness with the end state of assessing into Special Operations units or schools, designed for elite Rangers, Soldiers, and Operators.
