Ranger V3
Week 2 of this program kicks off with some great chest work, before we kick off some speed work on running intervals. Your run times on the 300m should be faster than what you’re running quarters during dedicated 400m training. For those of you training for Ranger School or maxing the ACFT, you should knocking out these runs in :60-:65 and dropping your heart rate and recovering during lunges.
