Week 7:
Shoulders might be getting sore, this week is a recovery week. Our program will get back to DB/KB movements next week, as we put together some of those movements with a barbell to see how your stability and strength is coming along. Big focus this week is on technique and movement, not weight, so do not hit above the prescribed percentages. ALSO - we are 56 days into the new year, which by Ranger School standards is getting ready to travel back from Florida to Georgia and enjoy some passes before graduation.
