As is customary, all of our week 10’s usually end with a test and today’s is a form of RPFT and RPAT!

First, 3-Mile for Time, then in kit complete as many pull ups, push ups, knees to bar, V-Ups, Double Unders in 2min for each exercise. Then, strip the kit and run another 2-Miles, finishing it off with 5x Rope Climbs, 40x TTB, and a 5:00 total of planking.
