Conditioning:
Obstacle Course Run - Course should contain at least one set of monkey bars, a form of a 20-30ft rope climb, 8ft wall, low crawl, elevated log apparatus, and some ladder type obstacle. Most military installations have these types of obstacles throughout a training area. The goal for PT today is to complete as many obstacle courses on your post/base in a 60min window, counting the time to navigate the run to them and back to your SP. Have fun.
