Uniform: OCPs and Sledgehammer
Buddy Workout or Individual (if you workout with a buddy start at the same time with the opposite movement and then switch after both have completed a set)
1-Mile Run w/sledge hammer
4 Rounds for Time - 24 Burpees + 24 Turkish Get Ups,
then 4RFT - 24 Single Arm Press + 24 Jumping Squats
then 4RFT - 50m Sprint + Handstand Hold
1-Mile Run with Sledgehammer

30 Burpee Penalty for dropping the sledgehammer at any point minus doing the burpees)
