Most days wills start with a short WOD, or the conditioning piece before we hit some strength.

Conditioning:
4x 800m Repeat; 4x 400m Repeat, 4x 200m Repeat
All run repeats will have :30 - :60 rest and should be done at ACFT pace. Don’t take any more, don’t take any less.

C1) Push Press 3x8
C2) Tricep Extension 3x20
