This 5-Week program focuses on rebuilding the running speed necessary for maxing the PT Test, RPFT, and RPAT. You will conduct repeated movements during the program cycle, building up strength at the end of each week and muscular endurance. By the end of the 5-Week Period, you will lead your formation from the front and represent the Ranger organization with pride.
