Happy Veterans Day. We aren’t going to write a long sentimental post about service, but we are thankful for all of you guys out there who have stuck by us. We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for you guys, so thank you.
As far as training goes, we’ve got a deload week following the open. Shoot for a 60-70% effort on everything, including the metcon. We’ve got long metcons this week, but the intent is to just move and flow. Don’t worry about scores/reps.
