Back to the daily grind. For the backsquat, you can either choose a weight across all sets or work up to a heavy set of 8. Push the pace on the first metcon, the deadlifts and burpee box jump overs should be unbroken. For the gymnastics piece, accrue as many rounds of unbroken HSPU’s as you can. 9 minutes is a long time, so have a good strategy to maintain your form.

A/B mandatory. Pick 2 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
