Cheers to the weekend. We’ve got a series of chippers on the program today. They’re all capped at 15 minutes, so keep pushing the pace. You’ll have plenty of time in between chippers to rest. For the gymnastics piece today, take some time to work on your handstand walks. Check out some youtube videos for tips if you’re still learning them.
