Test week. Hope you guys enjoyed the deload week as this week will be tough. When working up to test a max, try something like 10x50%, 6x60%, 4x75%, 2x80%, 2x85%, 1x90%, 1x95%. You don’t want to spend too much time warming up or else it’ll become a conditioning piece.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D based on perceived weakness.
