This cycle’s going to have a fairly high volume of oly work, so make sure you’re keeping consistent technique and not pushing the weights. For the interval piece, scale so that you’re able to finish with about 1:00 of rest each round. The gymnastics piece should be unbroken when fresh and some breaks towards the back end.
