This week, everything’s going to get a little heavier. For the last set on squat, go for as many as you can get with 1-2 reps in reserve. Everything else is pretty straightforward. The interval piece is going to be difficult to finish a full round when you get tired, so reset from the top each round.
A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
