The metcon today’s a good piece to test your barbell cycling capacity. Use the bike as a way to “recover” between sets of barbell movements. The gymnastics piece is going to be a great grip test. Figure out a strategy of breaking up the movements so that you don’t hit failure too early.

A/B mandatory. Pick 1 out of C/D/E based on perceived weakness.
