Happy Monday and welcome to test week. We’ll be maxing out our lifts as well as hitting some conditioning pieces to establish some bench marks for our upcoming open prep cycle. For your maxes, a good way to set up/warm up with something like 8@50%, 5@60%, 3@70%, 1@80%, 1@90%, 1@95%, 1@102%, and then go up from there. Be strategic with your jumps and crush the weights this week.
