Functional Fitness

As you guys have probably noticed by now, this mesocycle is focused on “cleaning up” movement patterns. After the 15 weeks of hypertrophy, we’ve probably picked up some bad habits/positions from the lighter weights. As a result, we’re taking this short mesocycle to hone in on our movement patterns before we transition into strength work. As a result, be aware of your body and scale down the weights if you notice poor technique.
A/B mandatory. Pick two from C/D/E.

Tempo pause snatch + 2 OHS (3 second pull to hi-hang position, then snatch from hi-hang into 2 second pause in hole) 6x2
