This week for conditioning, the focus will be on hurting your legs … I hated this week during testing and wanted to destroy my AAB.
Conditioning:
5x4min Round: 1-Mile AAB Hard (probably shoot for around 1:45-2:10)
A) Good Morning 4x10
B1) Sumo DL 4x8
B2) Pull Up 4x10
C) Bulgarian Split Squat 3x8 + :30 Side Shuttle Sprint 5m
Conditioning Set #2: 6x300m Run + 100m Prisoner Walk (complete this workout continuously, no interval breaks)
