Merry Christmas crew. Active recovery day or a 12 days of Christmas style workout. You'll perform the workout like the song - start with a 200m run, then 2 HSPU and then run, then 3 pistols, 3 HSPU, run, etc.

Active Recovery: 30–40 min swim, bike, or brisk walk (Zone 1–2)
Mobility: 20 min full-body stretch and foam roll
Core Stability: Bird dogs, planks, dead bugs 3×10

12 days of Christmas
1 200m run
2 HSPU
3 pistols (ea leg)
4 Yoga pushups
5 V-up
6 jump squats with leg tuck
7 burpees
8 jump lunges ea leg
9 shoulder taps (ea side)
10 hollow rocks
11 broad jumps
12 wall walks
