Military Prep

The goal for this program is to focus specifically on building a solid endurance/conditioning base that is focused on classic “military fitness” geared towards selections and army fitness. This follows a 6 day a week training with Thursday’s being an active recovery day and Saturdays are a longer conditioning day.

This program is ideal for those preparing to join the military or are relatively new to training and want to develop a good base before transitioning into more advanced, tailored programs.
